Award and Tag Policy

Hello Friends...

As some of you may know, I made my Go Ahead Take A Bite blog award and tag free some time ago, but had decided to accept them here at Spilled On The Kitchen Table. (with a few caveats)

Well, not long after that decision I realized, that with life's lovely little curveballs, plus all of my health issues and the physical and emotional toll that they take on me, I couldn't live up to my own expectations. In fact, over the past couple of months, I've been lucky just to get semi-regular posts written and posted to either of my blogs. I'm so sorry.

There are a couple of outstanding tags/awards that I will do my best to honor in the weeks ahead, but from today forward, I must gratefully decline any further tags or awards that are passed on to me.

I sincerely thank you and hope that you understand.
